Data processed
The form may collect name, organisation, email, optional phone number and information entered in the message. Measurement tools receive only technical and navigation events, never form-field content.
Purpose
Data submitted voluntarily is used to assess and reply to requests. With consent, Google Analytics 4 measures traffic, interactions, acquisition and the technical quality of the website; Microsoft Clarity helps assess the experience through heatmaps and recordings with sensitive content masked.
Cookies and consent
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are blocked until measurement consent is granted. The choice is stored for 180 days and can be changed at any time from the footer. Advertising pixels are not active.
Retention and services
Hosting and measurement are provided by external services. Message retention, email provider and any video services must be defined in the final legal version.
Rights
