The website uses separate consent and double opt-in for the newsletter. The final version should still be reviewed by a qualified professional.
Data processed
The form may collect name, organisation, email, optional phone number and information entered in the message. If the newsletter is selected, we also process the request and subsequent subscription confirmation. Measurement tools receive only technical and navigation events, never form-field content.
Purposes and legal bases
Message data is used to assess and reply to the request, based on pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in handling professional communications. Newsletters and promotional communications are sent only with separate, optional consent. Declining the newsletter does not prevent the contact request from being sent. With consent, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity measure use of the website.
Newsletter and double opt-in
After the optional choice in the form, a confirmation email is sent. The address joins the newsletter list only after the second confirmation click. Confirmation and subscription date are recorded to document the choice. Every communication will provide an easy way to withdraw consent; withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.
Cookies and consent
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are blocked until measurement consent is granted. The choice is stored for 180 days and can be changed at any time from the footer. Advertising pixels are not active.
Retention and services
The website uses external providers for hosting, measurement, delivery of contact requests and newsletter management; Brevo manages email delivery and the subscriber list on the controller’s behalf. Embedded YouTube videos load in privacy-enhanced mode only after an explicit user click; from that point, YouTube may receive technical connection data. Contact data is retained for the time needed to handle the request. Newsletter data remains active until consent is withdrawn, with periodic review of inactive contacts and subject to legal obligations.
Rights
The data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and may withdraw consent at any time by writing to studio@claltkent.it or using the link in each email. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
