Clalt Kent integrates artificial intelligence tools into creative processes that are directed, reviewed and owned by people.
Since 2 August 2026, we apply a transparency approach proportionate to the nature of the content and how it may be perceived, in line with Article 50 of the AI Act and the European Commission guidelines.
- AI-assisted
- AI supports research, ideation, organisation or technical work. Choices, verification and final responsibility remain human.
- Hybrid production
- AI-generated or transformed elements play a substantial role alongside human filming, performance, writing or production.
- AI-generated or manipulated
- We use a clear disclosure when image, audio, video or text is materially generated or altered and may be perceived as authentic.

Disclosure for a conversation with AI
This video contains an interaction with an artificial intelligence system. The AI contributions are synthetically generated; ideation, direction and editing are human-led.
Conversations with AI
When a video or other content shows or plays an exchange with an AI system, we disclose the synthetic nature of its contributions directly in the content, at the beginning, on screen, in the description or in the credits, clearly by the first exposure.
Image, audio and video
Realistic generated or manipulated content that could be mistaken for authentic is labelled in a perceivable way. In evidently artistic or narrative work, the disclosure may appear in the credits without disrupting the experience.
Text
Text published by Clalt Kent is subject to human review and editorial control. When AI-generated or manipulated text informs the public on matters of public interest, we apply the disclosures required by law.
Provenance
When the tools used make technical markings or provenance information available, we seek to preserve them throughout production and distribution.
